We are getting closer and closer to creating an environmentally neutral form of delivery! 💚 Thanks to the systematic expansion of our fleet of electric vehicles, we delivered exactly 29,940,438 parcels to you last year!
463 of our electric cars drove a total of almost 8 million kilometres!
By the end of 2023, we want to double the number of such vehicles, enabling us to have an even greater impact on reducing harmful CO2 emissions into the environment.
"Already today, parcel delivery via our Paczkomat®️ devices is the most environmentally friendly form of parcel delivery to the consumer. Compared to its traditional InPost courier variant, leaving a parcel in the Paczkomat®️ device reduces CO2 emissions by up to 96%"- says Sebastian Anioł, Head of Logistics Innovation at InPost and adds:
"We are also trying to introduce other services, such as E-returns or sending parcels without printing a label, which allow our customers to live greener. Also noteworthy is the programme InPost Green City ".
At InPost, we are gradually increasing the proportion of electric cars in our fleet, thus implementing our ESG strategy of achieving zero carbon emissions across the board by 2040.
InPost's fleet already consists of nearly half a thousand electric cars, making it a the largest electric fleet among courier companies in Poland!
