According to the latest research by Kantar Polska, our Parcel Machines are the most popular form of delivery in the country, with as many as 80% of online shoppers choosing it. Paczkomaty are also the second most frequently selected form of sending goods. This option is used by as many as 51% of respondents.
Such good results are the result of a number of activities we have implemented over the past year. We launched the record-breaking InPost application Mobile with an innovative remote box opening function, we have launched an intuitive and useful website, and we have implemented, among other things, Parcel on the Weekend, which allows deliveries to Parcel Machines also on weekends. Today we can say it loud and clear: we are the undisputed leader of the logistics market in Poland. This is confirmed by the latest test results , which was conducted among online shoppers by the country's leading research institute. Kantar Millward Brown .
Parcel post is the most frequently selected form of delivery
Parcel machines are invariably the most popular and most frequently chosen form of delivery. It is already 80% Internet users, which puts InPost in a leading position in the logistics industry. Delivery was indicated as the second preferred form of delivery courier home or work (70%). Delivery by post to home or work is chosen by only 41% of respondents.

InPost is a company that sets trends and changes the industry
We are also the clear image leader. We achieved the best results in all categories related to respondents' perception of the company. As many as 72% of respondents say they like and value our brand! InPost is perceived by customers as an organisation that makes the best use of web and mobile solutions (76%), is attractively priced (70%), is successful in the market (72%) and moves with the times (71%) .

Huge popularity of Parcel Machine deliveries
We are also extremely pleased with the popularity of sending by Paczkomat, which was undoubtedly greatly influenced by the implementation of the Fast Shipment service. Shipping in Paczkomat InPost was chosen by as many as 51% respondents. This is only two percentage points less than the result of Poczta Polska, which was indicated by 53%. It is worth adding that in the last three months, parcels with InPost were sent by almost ⅓ of respondents (an increase of 11 percentage points).

InPost is the most loved brand by customers
InPost maintained its highest score on the NPS index, which measures customer satisfaction and loyalty. In the Kantar study, we ranked at 1 place with an indicator at 58 . The second DPD achieved a score of just 29 points. It should be mentioned that only the most well-liked and customer-recognised brands receive such a high score (between 50 and 60), which makes us definitely have something to be happy about.

Respondents recognise us immediately
When others fall, we rise! The Kantar study shows that spontaneous awareness (the percentage of respondents who are able to give a name without the interviewer's help) of the InPost brand has increased significantly. We have significantly approached the position of leader, reaching a level of 69% - that an increase of up to 14 points percentages since the last survey! Interestingly, there were clear declines for the competition. The leader in this list - DHL - is only one percentage point ahead!

We make no secret of the fact that such results are the greatest motivation for us to continue our work. We can already inform you that we do not intend to slow down because there are more interesting and inspiring challenges ahead. Stay tuned!
