We are introducing further features of the InPost chatbot with our customers in mind! Returning funds for an unused shipping label or filing a complaint is a piece of cake! Both matters can now be dealt with via our chatbot - quickly and conveniently.
Until now, getting a refund for an unused label or making a claim was possible by filling in a contact form. To make these processes even easier, we have introduced the possibility to return a label and report a complaint via InPost's chatbot, MAT.
You will do this in 2 simple steps:
- Ask the chatbot about the possibility of returning the label / making a complaint,
- if you are returning a label: provide details of the label, i.e. your e-mail address and the label number. If you are making a complaint - provide the necessary information that the chatbot will ask for.
That's it! MAT will take care of the rest. 😊
Contact with the InPost chatbot is possible on multiple channels. Mat is available on Messenger, WhatsApp, Signal, on the InPost website and in the InPost Mobile app. You can also talk to him using Google Assistant on the slogan 'Talk to InPost'.
