In the interests of the security and reliability of our IT systems and with a view to their continued development, on 10.10.2021 , during the hours of 00:01-23:59 (24 hours) we plan maintenance work .
Due to the planned technical interruption - the Parcel on the Weekend (PwW) service will run on a special schedule:
- 7 October (Thursday) - it will be possible to generate labels with the PwW service in InPost e-tools - from 20:00 (standard mode) onwards;
- 8 October (Friday) - Posting with PwW service:
- for customers without regular pickups - sending parcels in Parcel Machines and Parcel Points and ordering ad-hoc courier pickups will be possible up to the cut-off times in accordance with the current shipment arrangements:
Zone A - cut-off time 16:00;
Zone B - cut-off time 15:00;
Zone C - cut-off time 14:00;
Zone D - cut-off time 13:00.

- for customers with regular deliveries - the dispatch of shipments will take place by individual arrangement for a standing order on weekdays; InPost IT systems will make it possible to generate labels with the PwW service by 5 p.m. .
- 9 October (Saturday) -service deliveries of parcels with PwW service (posted on Friday) will be made; collection of shipments will be suspended (including collection from Parcel Machines and Parcel Points);
- 10 October (Sunday) - due to scheduled maintenance work, parcels with parcel service on the weekend will not be delivered .
