In the interests of the security and reliability of our IT systems, we are planning maintenance work on the night of 26-27 July from 22:15 to 4:15 (CEST time).

Rest assured - it will still be possible to collect parcels from Parcel Machines® using a collection code or QR code. However, it will not be possible to open the box remotely using the InPost Mobile app. 📲

Below you will find a detailed description of the impact of the works on our services.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding. 💛

During the service break it will be possible to:

• collection of parcels placed in Parcel Machines using a collection code and QR code,
• selecting a Parcel Machine as a delivery option, including from the list of available machines on the "Find a Parcel Machine" map,
• use of the InPost Lodkomat service.

Functions that will be unavailable:

• Remote collection of parcels placed in Paczkomat devices using the InPost Mobile application,
• generating labels, creating and paying for parcels, placing them in Parcel Machines based on the following services: ShipX, Fast Shipment, Fast Returns, InPost Mobile application and Parcel Manager, APIv2, APIv4,
• creation of parcels for Parcel Machines and Parcel Service Points (POP or PaczkoPunkt) and courier deliveries,
• sending parcels without a label and fast returns in Parcel Machines,
• generation of return codes for Allegro shipments,
• sending SMS/e-mail/Push messages to customers/receivers regarding, for example, collection codes or the status of shipments,
• paying for parcels on delivery via PayByLink and Blik,
• rerouting shipments,
• creation of packages using the xFile service (Offline Clients).

Attention! During the maintenance outage, the status of shipments on the website and the InPost Mobile app will also not be updated.
