Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that in the interests of the security and reliability of our IT systems, within the deadline of 11-12.03.2023 (sobota-niedziela) , during the hours of 16:00-16:00 (24 hours) we plan maintenance work .
At the same time, we would like to point out that the aforementioned service interruption will not affect the possibility of collecting parcels from Paczkomat® devices using the collection code and QR code, while remote opening of the box using the InPost Mobile application will not be possible.
The Weekend Parcel service will run until 4pm on Saturday.
Below is a detailed description of the impact of the works on our services - please read it carefully.
It will work:
- The expiry date of collection for parcels placed in Parcel Machines® and the expiry date of the return code will be extended by the service interval (24 hours);
- It will be possible selecting the Paczkomat® device as a delivery option and from the list of devices available on the displayed map;
- It will work InPost Lodkomat service.
It will not work:
- It will not be possible creating, sending, paying for and redirecting courier parcels and parcels sent by Paczkomat® (except for parcels with a pre-prepared label), as well as at Parcel Post Offices (POP or PaczkoPunkt);
- It will not be possible generation of labels for courier and parcel shipments;
- It will not be possible generation of return codes for Allegro shipments;
- Will not be sent SMS/e-mail/Push messages to customers/receivers regarding, for example, collection codes or shipment statuses;
- During the service window the status of shipments will not be updated on the website, on the InPost Mobile app and on the WebTrucker platform;
- It will not be possible paying for parcels on delivery via PayByLink and Blik;
- It will not be possible QlikView report generation;
- It will not work Office24 service;
- The Customer Service Centre will not be operational - from 16:00 on Saturday (11.03.2023), until 07:00 on Monday (13.03.2023);
- Will not be available Customer complaint form on inpost.co.uk.
