A record year for the InPost Group! In 2024, we delivered more than one billion parcels

It was a landmark year! For the first time ever, we surpassed the one billion parcel threshold: we delivered exactly 1,091,644,003 parcels, an impressive 22% year-on-year increase. And this is only the beginning of InPost Group's successes. Check out what else we have achieved! 🚀

There are more than 740 million people in Europe. If every one of them sent a parcel and half of them collected a parcel, we would have one billion parcels. An impressive figure, isn't it?

As we come to the end of 2024, we can say with certainty that we DID. We set new records: both in volumes delivered and network expansion. 🏆 Not only did we deliver more than one billion parcels in a year for the first time, but in the last quarter - during the December peak - we also we broke our daily record, handling nearly 14 million parcels . Christmas madness? We gave it a go! 😎📦

Successes in Poland and abroad

Thanks to InPost's innovative solutions, in each of our key markets of Poland, France and the UK 🌍 we have significantly outperformed the overall growth of the e-commerce market.

Here are the key figures:

Poland:
✔️ Over 25,000 Parcel machines,
✔️ 709.3 million parcels handled (+20% y/y).

Mondial Relay:

✔️ 267 million parcels handled (+11% y/y).

UK:

✔️ 93.2 million parcels handled - doubling volumes from 2023.

We are developing for you!

Last year was also spectacular in terms of infrastructure expansion. We implemented a record number of more than 11,500 new Parcel Machines , giving us already 46,977 devices worldwide. This is an increase of 33% year-on-year. 🌍

Our network of OOH outlets has expanded to a total of more than 82 000 locations , of which Parcel Machines account for 57%.

What does Rafał Brzoska, founder and CEO of InPost, say?

- 2024 was another landmark year for the InPost Group, exceeding our expectations from the beginning of the year, in all our markets. We set new records in both volumes delivered and network expansion. For the first time ever, our total volume exceeded 1 billion parcels and the number of new Parcel Machines deployed was over 11,000.

- We ended the year with another successful peak season, handling a record 13 million parcels on our busiest pre-Christmas day. Our Parcel Machines surpassed the disposal results of the previous year, with some reaching rates in excess of 300%. In Poland, InPost was again the only logistics company to guarantee parcel delivery even on Christmas Eve.

- Last year, we expanded our network in Poland to more than 25,000 machines and our volume growth far outstripped the market. Newly introduced services, including InPost Pay and the loyalty programme, have already started to contribute to volume growth.

- In the UK, we have completed the acquisition of Menzies, giving us full control over the entire process and allowing us to double volumes in 2024.

- Mondial Relay's markets are growing in line with our strategy in B2C and APM volumes. In all markets, we continue to focus on improving user experience and network expansion.
