Q2 2022 was a record year for the InPost Group in all key markets! During this period, we recorded a 97.8% increase in revenue to PLN 1.696 billion. Despite inflationary pressures, adjusted EBITDA increased by 41% to PLN 511 million.
Q2 also saw record volume growth - well above the market - in all key countries, InPost delivered in Q2 179.9 million shipments, with an increase of 73%.
And this is not the end of the good news! InPost has been intensively expanding its network of machines in all countries - in Q2 almost 2000 new equipment, and at the end of the second quarter there were more than 24 thousand , including:
- 18 418 in Poland (+ 12% compared to December 2021)

- 3 935 (+25% + 12% compared to December 2021) in the UK.
In addition, the first screenless parcel machine was launched in Poland and the first InDoor parcel machine was erected in France.
It is worth mentioning that in France, a relaunch marki Mondial Relay refreshing its image overall, the introduction of a mobile application modelled on InPost Mobile was announced and a plan to implement D+1 delivery under the name Mondial Relay Express (D+1 delivery) was announced, in addition to which 5 regional branches were created and refurbished.
In the UK, however, unlabelled returns were introduced, which resulted in a jump in sales performance in this market - volumes in total increased by +225% year-on-year.
"I can proudly say that these are some of the best quarterly results in our history. We have seen an increase in share in all our main markets, which is particularly significant in the UK and France, where InPost has handled significantly more parcels, despite these markets experiencing declines in volumes. In France and the UK, we are now continuing to work on the implementation of next-day delivery - this will be a new quality that should increase our presence in the B2C parcel segment," - he said Rafał Brzoska , founder and CEO of InPost.
