Paczkomat®️ InPost is the No. 1 e-commerce delivery service in Poland! According to the Gemius report 'E-commerce in Poland in 2022', as many as 81% of online shoppers choose this form of delivery for their purchases. In turn, for 83% of respondents the possibility of parcel delivery by InPost convinces them to make a transaction. This trend is particularly noticeable among representatives of the 'Z' generation (15-24 years old).
The data published in the report shows that InPost and the Paczkomat® network of machines have permanently changed consumer preferences regarding the form of courier delivery in Poland. Of the many delivery options available, Poles are most likely to opt for Paczkomat InPost. Moreover, as many as 83% respondents cited Parcel Machine as their preferred form of delivery as a motivation for making an online transaction. This means a 2% increase in liking for the service compared to last year.
"After last year's very good Gemius report for InPost, I wondered if this result could be improved. Meanwhile, in this year's report, the InPost Parcel Machine® as a form of delivery improved its score by 4 percentage points to 81%! The fact that 8 out of 10 consumers choose Paczkomat when they want to use a delivery service is the result of the enormous trust shown by our customers in InPost, but also the result of the constant improvement of the quality of the solutions offered and the strategy we are pursuing to create logistics services that are both environmentally and human friendly. We have managed to achieve this by, among other things, expanding the network of machines in such a way as to limit reaching the nearest machine to a mere 7-minute walk and to eliminate the need to travel by car," - he emphasises Rafał Brzoska , founder and CEO of InPost.
According to Gemius experts, The online shop's inclusion of the Paczkomat InPost machine network as a form of delivery is having an increasing impact on the future purchasing decisions of the youngest consumers. This is particularly noticeable among representatives of the so-called 'Z' generation (15-24 years of age), where nearly 9 out of 10 people (89% of respondents) are motivated to purchase a given good by the availability of the InPost network as a form of order delivery.
