You won't be at home, and you're expected to courier InPost? No problem! Now you can redirect your parcel to a nearby Paczkomat machine even more efficiently - using the InPost Mobile app.
A courier parcel on its way and you have something to do around town? We know that plans can change dynamically and we have a solution for that 😉 Until now, redirecting a courier parcel was only possible via our website. Now you can also do it in the InPost Mobile app - much faster and easier!
How to redirect a courier parcel? All you need to do is to click on the button in the InPost Mobile app on the tracking list or in the parcel details "Redirect" next to your chosen courier parcel and then select your new preferred delivery option. You can redirect your parcel to a nice neighbour, to a Parcel Point or choose a Parcel Machine in your immediate area. Simple, right?
The parcel redirection service is free of charge. Most parcels will be given the option to be redirected to a neighbour. Only parcels which meet certain criteria, such as size, can be redirected to a Paczkomaty machine. Your parcel must fit into a Paczkomaty box, i.e. it must be of size A, B or C.
