New shipping label in ZPL and EPL2 format from 8 May 2023.

Dear Customer,

we would like to inform you that as of 8.05.2023, we are introducing a changes for two label formats - ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) i EPL2 (Eltron Programming Language). This is the next stage of our implementation of a single label standard of which The result will be even safer and more efficient sorting and delivery of your shipments .

These changes only apply to labels generated via the API in ZPL and EPL2 format. for parcels sent to Paczkomat® machines and as part of the Courier - Parcel Manager and Allegro InPost services.

Label changes we are implementing:

• changing the design for two types of labels - under this link we have included sample codes for ZPL and EPL2 labels, on the basis of which you should carry out a print test of the new label design,
• restriction of the data of the sender and recipient, including the telephone number to the last four digits (in the case of labels for Parcel Machines®),
• Removal of print date, extra protection information, BOK contact, courier microregion,
• addition of a datamatrix code, which contains the tracking number of the consignment and the addition of a delivery country prefix,
• increasing the area for the Sender's comments,
• modification of RODO content on selected labels - only the name of the town remained in the InPost address.

These changes do not apply to labels for InPost Standard courier shipments. In the coming months, however, you can expect further steps on the way to the implementation of a single label standard, which we will inform you about in dedicated announcements.
