Pilot programme for new functionality launched
Multiskrytka is a new functionality which allows you to receive your parcels via Paczkomat in one go. The full solution launches in May, but we have already launched a pilot programme - the Multiskrytka option is already available in selected Paczkomat devices!
We want to respond to the needs of the e-commerce market, which is developing at a dizzying pace. We know that the demand for a Parcel Machine with as many boxes as possible is constantly growing, which is why we strive to act OUT OF THE BOX in terms of new services and functionalities.
Multiskrytka is our response to your needs and requests. We intend to successively increase the volume of Paczkomat devices with the new functionality. From now on, all you need to do is One collection code and one box - for multiple parcels! Do you order parcels at the same time from different suppliers? Your parcels will be in Multiskrytka when they reach the machine indicated at the same time and fit in one box .
About the packages found in Multiskrytka, we will inform you by SMS and e-mail . Soon, notifications will also appear on the InPost Mobile app.
Multiscreen, combined with remote opening, is the most convenient way to use our Parcel Machines. By the way, we encourage everyone to downloading applications from official sources - App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery.
Remember to follow SMS and email notifications and always check that you have collected all the parcels placed in the multi-box .
