What functionalities will you find in the latest version of InPost Mobile?
- possibility air quality checks thanks to the sensors installed in the Parcel Machines,
- Facilitated Access Zone , an option for the delivery of parcels to lower boxes in the Parcel Post,
- telephone call function for the courier for courier deliveries,
- option redirection of a courier parcel to a Parcel Machine,
- possibility extending the collection time of the parcel from a Parcel Machine by an additional 24 hours.
From 1 January 2022, we will no longer support application versions older than 3.0.0. Why? For a very simple reason: we want you to have an app on your phones that is always fully developed and one that meets the highest security standards. Having older versions means that some of our services may not be available, so we recommend that you only use the current version of our app.
How do you update your InPost Mobile app? It's a piece of cake! All you have to do is, from your smartphone, enter the shop:
- AppStore for iOS phones;
- Google Play for Android phones;
...and then search for "InPost Mobile" and click on the " Update ". The update process will start automatically and take literally a moment.
