Maintenance window on 4 October 2026, from 00:00 to 08:00

To ensure the security and reliability of our IT systems, we will be carrying out scheduled maintenance on our servers from Saturday night into Sunday, 4 October, between 00:00 and 08:00 (CEST).

Don’t worry – you’ll still be able to collect your prepaid parcels from a Paczkomat® using a collection code or a QR code.



Below you will find a detailed description of how the works will affect our services.

During the maintenance break, the following will be unavailable:

• using the app InPost Mobile, as well as services Post Office Payment and the online shop outofthebox.pl,
• use of the website inpost.pl,
• posting parcels, generating labels and arranging courier deliveries and those managed for equipment Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collection Points (PUDO points) via the InPost Mobile app,
• remote collection of parcels from Paczkomat machines using the InPost Mobile app,
• Sending parcels without labels and handling Fast Returns at Paczkomat parcel lockers and PaczkoPunkt collection points (PUDO points),
• generating return codes for Allegro InPost parcels,
• sending status notifications SMS, email and push notifications (e.g. collection codes),
• paying for parcels on delivery via PayByLink and BLIK,
• redirection of parcels,
• using the chat service and the customer service helpline,
• purchasing assistant, Von Halsky, in the InPost Mobile app (including chat and shopping),
• the ‘Rewards’ tab in the InPost Mobile app – including checking your InCoin balance and taking part in Challenges.
