Don’t worry – you’ll still be able to collect your paid-for parcels from a Paczkomat® using a collection code or a QR code.
Below you will find a detailed description of how the works will affect our services.

During the maintenance window, the following will be unavailable:
- using the app InPost Mobile and InPost Fresh , as well as services Post Office Payment and the online shop outfthebox.pl ,
- use of the website inpost.pl ,
- sending parcels, generating labels and arranging courier deliveries and sent to devices Parcel lockers and Parcel Points (PUDO points) via the InPost Mobile app, as well as the following systems and tools: Quick Dispatch, Quick Returns, ShipX, Parcel Manager, WebTrucker, Global API, APIv2, APIv4, Rest API, WebTrucker API,
- remote collection of parcels from Paczkomat machines using the InPost Mobile app,
- Sending parcels without labels and the Quick Returns service at Paczkomat and PaczkoPunkatch machines (PUDO points),
- generating return codes for Allegro InPost parcels,
- sending status notifications SMS, email and push notifications (e.g. collection codes),
- cash on delivery via PayByLink and BLIK,
- redirection of parcels as part of the ‘Dynamic Parcel Redirection’ option.
