Lidl-Sklep.pl is well suited to the needs of customers, modern payment options plus delivery to the Paczkomat® InPost network devices are important elements of the sales strategy. We have been cooperating with the Lidl chain for several years - we have already deployed more than 700 machines belonging to the Paczkomat® InPost network at the outlets. We are also observing the growing trend of e-grocery and are responding to it dynamically by implementing Refrigerators - We already have 50 such machines in Warsaw and Krakow, with a further 20 being launched in Wrocław". - underlines Wojciech Kądziołka, spokesman for InPost.

InPost already has over 6.5 million active app users InPost Mobile . Thanks to the app, several people can receive parcels at the same time with one device, without having to queue or touch the screen - the boxes are opened using a smartphone. The revolutionary service of sending parcels via the app is also breaking records in popularity. The parcels are sent at a Paczkomat® InPost machine - to another machine belonging to the Paczkomat® network or to a specified home address. There is no need to stick any labels on the parcel - just an electronically generated QR code or a sending code in the app. The InPost app has been among the most downloaded and used apps in Poland in the GP and AppStore shops for a year now. Through the InPost Mobile app, a parcel can be paid for with a BLIK code, payment card or fast transfer (DotPay), and soon Apple Pay and Google Pay. The status of a shipped parcel can be tracked in the app, of course, but also at www.inpost.pl in the "Parcel Tracking" section and via chatbot by entering the 24-digit parcel number or the phone number and the last four digits of the parcel number. The InPost Mobile app can be downloaded from the Google Play, App Store and Huawei AppGallery shops.
InPost can also be contacted using Google Assistant. The conversation starts by calling a bot called ChatBot Mat with the phrase "Talk to InPost". Customers can ask, among other things, about the status of their parcel, the nearest ParcelKomat®, as well as a new feature - the number to courier . The same Bot is also available on Messenger, with all its functionalities.
From April 2021, InPost, together with IdoSell, introduced the groundbreaking Smile service. Thanks to it, consumers who shop at selected online shops will receive free delivery to a Paczkomat® InPost device for orders worth more than PLN 40.
In addition, InPost has started a long-term cooperation with Echo Investment. As part of the agreement, Paczkomat® devices will be installed at the developer's residential and mixed-use developments, enabling convenient collection and posting of parcels for both residents and other users. The first device has already been installed at the Moje Miejsce development in Warsaw. Further machines will be built at the Bonarka Living estate in Kraków and Enter in Poznań.

At City Logistics Kraków Airport - in addition to the production of equipment, including the electromechanical assembly of touchscreen modules - a research and development centre with two laboratories and a showroom will be developed. Development work will be carried out there, as well as tests of new solutions.
