Letter from the company founder to customers

Dear Sirs,

Today I reported on the signing of an investment agreement with the Advent International fund, one of the largest and most experienced global private equity funds, which has been active on the Polish market for more than 20 years. Its intention is to acquisition of 100% of shares in Integer.pl S.A. and InPost S.A. with the aim of delisting the entire group from the stock exchange and making significant equity investments I will continue to be a shareholder for the entire period of Advent's investment. In accordance with the agreement, I will remain a shareholder of the company for the entire period of Advent's investment. I will also continue as President of the Management Board.

Integer.pl has created and developed a leading company courier services which is the operator of the largest network of parcel machines. Thanks to our innovative solutions, we have become a driving force behind pioneering changes in the logistics industry in Poland and throughout Europe.

Our ambition is to provide our customers with ever better and ever more innovative services. Our company's mission is for every customer to be able to receive parcels where and when they want. We want to continue to expand the network so that each of your customers has a Parcel Machine within a few minutes of their home or workplace. However, this requires the investment of significant capital, which is why we have been looking for a partner who shares our vision and is able to finance the necessary investment. Advent specialises in investing in established companies and in partnering with the management of these companies. As an investor, it aims to sustainably increase the value of companies and their financial performance. Advent brings to the Integer Group not only experience, but also It has also pledged around PLN 500 million in capital support, which will serve to expand our activities.

And it is not just about more Parcel Machines. Advent is determined to help us continue to develop our business both in terms of the range of services offered and their geographical reach, as we want to grow in foreign markets. We intend to continue to invest significant resources in innovative solutions that will provide your customers with access to Parcel Machines and services to improve the delivery of e-commerce parcels, as well as other modern logistics solutions.
