Kantar: 94% of Poles buying online choose Paczkomat® InPost

NPS referral rate reaches up to 80%
According to a Kantar study, as many as 94% of Polish Internet users shopping online choose Paczkomat® InPost as their delivery method and 83% as their shipping method. In addition, 81% of respondents consider Paczkomat® InPost to be the most environmentally friendly delivery method. InPost is also the best-recognised parcel delivery brand - it received as many as 98% of indications and the most well-known parcel machine delivery company (97%). As many as 90% of respondents are satisfied with the InPost mobile app, which already has more than 11 million users. The willingness to recommend Paczkomat® InPost machines (NPS indicator) is expressed by as many as 80% of Internet users.
- Almost all Polish Internet users already know and point to Paczkomat® InPost as the most recognisable parcel machines. InPost is also the only brand with parcel machines that respondents would be willing to recommend in all dimensions - the willingness to recommend according to the NPS index reaches as much as 80%! Our strongest points are the use of state-of-the-art technological solutions, timely delivery of parcels and - most importantly for us - very high consumer ratings. Most people also use our InPost Mobile application - valuing it for its ease of parcel management. All this makes us grow all the time, not only in Poland, but in the whole of Europe. - Rafał Brzoska, founder and CEO of InPost, said.
According to the Gemius 2023 report, as many as 95% of people who shop online and order deliveries to a parcel machine (86% of shoppers) indicate the possibility of picking up a parcel by Paczkomat® InPost as the most motivating factor for shopping. Still, Paczkomat® InPost is also the most frequently chosen form of shopping delivery, with as many as 93% of those ordering to a parcel machine choosing it.
When it comes to returns, internet users prefer free dispatch by parcel machine - here, too, a clear preference for the Paczkomat® InPost service was recorded at 89%.
Delivery that takes place within 12 hours is motivating more frequent online shopping for 83% of respondents. Free delivery encourages people to shop online more often - with the higher the value of the products purchased, the higher the expectation of its free delivery.
