At InPost, we are committed to making the use of our services easy and enjoyable for all customers - the young and the slightly older. 😊 For this reason, we are continuing our cooperation with the National Institute for the Senior Economy. In response to the needs reported by, among others, the partner cities of the InPost Green City programme, we are launching training courses for mature Customers: "Paczkomat® InPost - receive and send parcels conveniently and without worries".
We have already had the pleasure of being a Partner of the latest edition of the Senior Citizen Passport, which was created thanks to the efforts of the National Institute of Senior Economy. The "OK SENIOR" Passport is a paper booklet designed to make it easier for seniors to navigate their immediate environment - when visiting the doctor or pharmacy, but also to serve as navigation in their everyday life. By becoming a partner of this publication, we wanted to show seniors that using our services is easy and pleasant, as they could see for themselves by picking up their passports from the nearest Paczkomat® InPost machine.
According to the report 'Generation silvers in e-commerce', prepared by the organisation Women in e-business, As many as 51% of people over 60 prefer the InPost Parcel Machine as the delivery method for their purchases. We are very pleased about this and hope that more and more people in this age group will choose to have their parcels delivered or posted by Parcel Machine on a daily basis.
For all those who need support in using our services, we have prepared a series of training meetings.
In our first class, we will focus on receiving parcels using the InPost Mobile app and QR code. We will tell you how to install the app and what additional benefits it brings. And there are indeed quite a few of them! 😊 We'll talk about the helpful Facilitated Access Zone, the possibility of extending the collection time and sharing a parcel with another person from app to app.
In the following lessons we will move on to sending parcels. We will talk about what cannot be sent and how to properly secure and pack the contents of a parcel. We will also learn how to send a parcel without printing a label and how to make returns easily.
We will also talk about online safety and the environmental importance of choosing a form of delivery.
All activities take place at platformie ABC Senior . The course is, of course, free of charge and you can sign up on the website: www.abcsenior.com/webinars/inpost/ . See you there! 😊
