Largest sponsorship deal by a private company in the history of the Polish Football Association
InPost - a leader among e-commerce delivery platforms in Europe - has become a Strategic Sponsor of the National Football Team, unquestionably the most popular sport in Poland. This is the largest sponsorship contract of a private company in the history of the Polish Football Association. Sponsoring the national team in an innovative formula, which was prepared especially for InPost, is a synergy of some of the strongest Polish brands. It will increase the involvement of fans of the national football team in a number of new channels, while showcasing the innovative solutions of Poland's largest logistics company.
"InPost, which has grown from a local company into a European technological leader in the logistics market, is now a showcase of Polish business in the world. We want to share our success - that is why we have decided to support the development of the sport that Poles love so much. It is with great pride and joy that we announce - since June InPost has been a Strategic Sponsor of the Polish National Football Team, creating a new sponsorship standard for the National Team; at the same time, this is the biggest sponsorship agreement of a private Polish company in the history of the Polish Football Association. Just as we accompany millions of Poles in their everyday shopping, today we want to celebrate together with them the next successes of Polish footballers. At InPost, we believe that the key to success is innovation and commitment, and above all a cohesive team and strong, responsible leadership. This is the Polish national team, led by Robert Lewandowski, that we want to see and support! This is what we are investing in. The partnership of InPost - one of the most recognisable Polish companies with the sports team closest to the hearts of Poles is a natural step - we believe that our investment, combined with the consistent work and enthusiasm of the team, will bring results of which we will all be proud. See you in the stands!" - Rafał Brzoska, founder and CEO of InPost, said.
The agreement, which was signed on 30 May 2022, was concluded for a period until 31 July 2024 with the possibility of extension for two more years. As part of the agreement, InPost was granted the right to use the title of 'Strategic Sponsor of the Polish National Team' and to use the official logo of the Polish National Team in its marketing activities. The agreement also guarantees the exposure of the company's logo on the Polish National Team's training outfits, advertising media during Polish National Team matches played in our country. The InPost logo will also appear on PZPN marketing materials and sponsorship walls during press conferences, on the PZPN website and the "Łączy nas piłka" website, as well as on tickets and match programmes.
"As the largest sports organisation, we want to work with the best in the market. Key players who know how to operate professionally to achieve success. The Polish company InPost meets our expectations perfectly and we are convinced that this cooperation will have a positive impact on both businesses. We are all well aware that we are in a World Cup year. The World Cup in Qatar is about to become the number one topic of national debate. Fans have for many years regarded the national team as a national asset. Tickets for its matches, regardless of the venue, are immediately sold out, and fans following it all over Europe build a positive image of the team and the country. We are delighted that InPost is joining our team." - said Cezary Kulesza, president of the Polish Football Association.
The decision to strategically sponsor the Polish National Team is the result of consistency in supporting Polish sport. Since 2010, InPost has been one of the key sponsors of athletics as part of the InPost Athletic Team.
