On 27 July - during an official press conference in Warsaw - we announced that InPost, as a strategic sponsor of Polish cycling, will support our team during the upcoming prestigious international cycling races.
Cycling is a sport close to our heart at InPost - according to a study by the Central Statistical Office, cycling is the most frequently chosen sporting activity by Poles. By choosing this form of transport, we contribute to reducing exhaust emissions. Just like by choosing Paczkomat!
We're going together to our destination! 🚲 As a strategic sponsor of Polish cycling, we will proudly support the Polish national team during, among other things, the upcoming Tour de Pologne (28 July) and the World Championships in Glasgow (5 August). We see sport as #OutOfTheBox, and cycling is a sport that aspires and grows - exactly like InPost. 😊
"We look for what is valuable, unique and fresh in sport, which is why we have committed ourselves to the strategic support of Polish cycling. It is a discipline that has a very high potential for development. Cycling is also an environmentally friendly mode of transport, which corresponds with our consistent pro-environmental approach and our aim to minimise our carbon footprint. As InPost, we will support Poland's representatives competing in the most important international races, but we will also develop young talents on their way to the top of cycling. We will also use our cooperation with the Polish Cycling Association in the business field as an effective platform for communication and marketing activities, building awareness and the desired brand image," - says Izabela Karolczyk Szafrańska, Chief Marketing Officer of Grupa InPost.
Supporting cycling is another element of our sporting commitment. In 2022, we started cooperation with the Polish Football Association. For years, we have also been creating the InPost Sport Team, which includes outstanding athletes Konrad Bukowiecki, Marcin Krukowski, Roch Krukowski, Robert Urbanek and Wojciech Nowicki, as well as Weronika Baszak and judoka Aleksandra Kowalewska. Now we will also accompany the Polish cyclists on their way to their goal.
Until the end of 2023, the InPost logo will be displayed on the national road team's starting apparel, on the national team's cars, on conference walls and on many promotional materials distributed online. In addition, we are sponsoring the prestigious Poland Grand Prix on the track. InPost will use the composite logo and group image of Poland's representatives, including Rafał Majka and Michał Kwiatkowski - world champion and winner of a stage of this year's Tour de France.
We are confident that this is the start of a great collaboration! #ToTargetTogether
