InPost S.A. is considering an initial public offering
InPost S.A. (“InPost” or “The company”), Poland’s largest private postal operator, is considering various strategic options relating to a potential initial public offering and the listing of the Company’s shares on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This process is ongoing and depends, amongst other things, on market conditions. Relevant announcements regarding the continuation of the process will be made once such decisions have been taken.
