In the face of the coronavirus pandemic, we are prioritising safety and health above all else - both our crew members and those who are fighting for it the most right now - healthcare workers. We value what they do for us, which is why we felt obliged to get involved in a number of initiatives to improve the safety and comfort of medical professionals. We are also aware of the importance of the development and proper functioning of children and young people, so we also extended our support to initiatives that help the youngest.
We donated 109,000 masks to 18 hospitals in Poland
We are aware of the difficult situation faced by healthcare workers in many hospitals across Poland. Lack of adequate equipment and even personal protective equipment is a serious and unfortunately common problem. We could not be indifferent to the appeals appearing in the media, therefore in March, we helped 18 hospitals across Poland by donating a total of 109,000 protective masks to them . We provided assistance to the most needy hospitals in: Krakow, Lodz, Nowa Sól, Kielce, Boleslawiec, Wolomin, Brzesko, Elblag, Stargard, Szczecin, Plock, Bydgoszcz, Olsztyn, Gdansk, Sanok, Lomza, Walbrzych, Gliwice.
Together with Lotte Wedel, we delivered parcels of sweets to more than 465 hospitals
As a thank you to the medics, together with Lotte Wedel, delivered parcels of sweets to more than 465 infectious disease hospitals throughout Poland . With this modest gesture, we wanted to give a little sweet pleasure to those who are on the frontline of the fight for our health and safety.

We provided logistical support for the #PrintersForHospitals campaign
We are also proud to support grassroots initiatives that unite committed people with big hearts, donating their private time and resources to bring relief to medics. We provided logistical support for the #PrintersForHospitals campaign which brings together volunteers who print personal protective equipment (mainly visors) on their own equipment. The printed items, which are fully serviceable, go to the hospitals most in need. We are strongly rooting for this noble initiative!

We are fighting digital exclusion by supporting the #GiveJeKompa campaign
During a pandemic, helping the most vulnerable is of the utmost importance, which is why, without hesitation, we joined the #DonateKompa campaign by offering our logistical support.
The #DajżeKompa is an initiative by Krakow companies, supported by the City of Krakow and the Poland Business Run Foundation, in which anyone can donate their unused computer equipment to children in need. In the current situation, schools deliver classes online. However, despite appearances, not all children have access to computers. The #DonateComputer project responds to this problem by fighting digital exclusion. We are happy to support this initiative by providing computers to those who need them most.
Anyone who has an unwanted computer or tablet can donate it to those who, although they badly need it, do not have access to it. How do you do this?
-
Apply for participation: https://www.dajzekompa.pl/
-
Prepare the equipment you wish to donate and send the parcel via Parcel Post.
-
The equipment will be disinfected, prepared for online tasks and delivered to the people who need it. Importantly - it will stay with them forever!
We support the supply of portable ventilators to hospitals
Our logistical support was also given to an initiative by ambitious Polish engineers - as part of the VentilAid concept, they developed a respirator design that can be printed on a 3D printer. The design uses cheap and widely available components and, most importantly, could save thousands of lives in places where access to these devices is difficult. Work on Prototype II is nearing completion. We are delighted to be supporting this unique initiative with the delivery of portable ventilator components and prototypes to the most needy hospitals between April and June 2020.
InPost & Akuratna Foundation - helping to deliver the masks
Logistical support was also provided for the initiative #poMOCnaMask, organised by the Akuratna Foundation. Its aim is to collect funds which will be 100% donated towards the purchase of portable respirators for the Myślenice County Hospital and the Paediatric Infectious Diseases and Paediatrics Ward of the Stefan Żeromski Specialist Hospital in Kraków. The cost of the mask is from 10 PLN. The rules of participation are simple: all you need to do is buy a mask, which is delivered free of charge to a parcel machine. Such a purchase also supports the purchase of life-saving equipment. As InPost, we have supported the initiative by providing secure parcels to Parcel Machines for anyone who purchases a 'Helpful Mask' throughout the campaign.

Together with the PolishChildren.org Foundation, we deliver healthy meals to economically disadvantaged children
The promotion of a healthy lifestyle and rational nutrition is a topic that is particularly close to our hearts and is eagerly promoted within our organisation. This makes us all the more eager to get involved in the PolishChildren.org Foundation's initiative to deliver parcels of healthy snacks to children whose economic situation is extremely difficult.
Thanks to our support, the Foundation will provide the children in quarantine safely and completely free of charge with 50 packages containing healthy meals.
We are pleased to be able to make our contribution by taking part in initiatives that help those most in need at this difficult time.
At #TeamInPost we invariably #HelpHelp!
