InPost is the best rated logistics operator in Poland according to the latest Kantar survey of Polish internet users!
The InPost parcel machine® is not only the preferred way to send and receive parcels, but is also the most trusted among customers. A study conducted by Kantar shows that as many as 94% of internet users choose Paczkomat®️ InPost when shopping online as a form of delivery, and as much as 81% is the NPS index, which determines the level of trust and satisfaction with the service in the case of Paczkomat® machines, after an increase of 6 p.p.
We continue to strengthen our position as the leader in logistics services in Poland and we are very proud that this is confirmed by the results of the latest survey! Our Parcel Machine is a much-loved way of sending and receiving parcels, appreciated for its innovation and ease of use. Additionally, according to the survey, As many as 85% of internet users consider Parcel Post to be the most environmentally friendly form of delivery!
