Karina Kozlowska - a Polish archer who has gone through an extremely difficult journey - joins the InPost Sport Team.

From escaping Belarus and competing at the Tokyo Olympics, to working full-time and training after hours, to the Polish championships and a real chance of an Olympic medal in Los Angeles. Today, with Polish roots, the 24-year-old archer is starting a new chapter.

Passion, precision and determination 🏹

In 2022, Karina left Belarus, where she had previously protested against the local authorities. As the fourth competitor at the Tokyo Olympic Games, in the team competition, she made her way to Poland, to the LKS Łucznik Żywiec club - and soon won the Polish youth championship.

However, after a conflict with her coach and the club president, she had to give up further competitions. She took up a job at a local shop and severely restricted her training, which she has since carried out on her own. Despite the difficulties, in February 2025, she won the Polish indoor archery championships beating competitors from all over the country. In the same year, she was granted Polish citizenship.

The story of the young and talented athlete has touched the media, the public and also the Rafał Brzoska, founder and CEO of InPost who decided to offer Karina financial support. As a result, today she can finally focus fully on what is most important to her - sport.

The future of Polish archery

Archery is a sport that requires precision, concentration and great patience . There is no room for chance here - every shot is the result of many hours of hard work and training.

Already in September, Karina will compete in the World Championships in Gwangju, South Korea . At the same time, our representative is looking to the Los Angeles Olympic Games with hope and determination. This time, she not only wants to be there - she wants to return with a medal.
