The InPost Mobile app is one of the most popular apps in Poland - and for good reason. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that each new version works brilliantly and is as convenient as possible. Where do you find the loyalty programme in the InPost Mobile app?

To find the InPost loyalty programme, you first need to download the app - you can find it in the Google Play shop and App Store. Once downloaded, register, express your marketing consents and you're done. You are automatically assigned to the programme, so you need do absolutely nothing else to take part in our fun.

You will find the programme at the bottom of the home screen, where you simply click on the icon that says Rewards. You will also get there by clicking on the coin icon right next to the notification bell - in the top right corner. Next to the coin, for your convenience, we immediately display the number of InCoins (i.e. points) you have in your account at the moment.

How do I participate in the InPost loyalty programme?

You are automatically assigned to the loyalty programme from your account in the InPost Mobile app. We wanted to make it as easy as possible for users to join the fun, so as soon as you enter the Rewards tab, you launch the main screen of the programme.

There you will find the current number of InCoins and a list of challenges, or tasks to be completed The rewards for which you will earn InCoins. In this view, at the very bottom, you will also find the Rewards Catalogue for which you can exchange InCoins.

InCoins in InPost Mobile - how to collect points and receive rewards?

When you have enough InCoins in your account, you can exchange them for options available in the rewards catalogue. All you have to do then is click select next to the prize you are interested in.

What can you find in the rewards catalogue? From discounts on parcel post, to codes for extended parcel collection, to discounts and vouchers to our partners.

So how do you earn InCoins, or points, in our programme? It is simple - You basically receive them for the various activities you perform in InPost Mobile. You are entitled to receive parcels via Parcel Machine or for sending parcels, for collecting parcels from the courier, for making payments with InPost Pay or for shopping in InPost Fresh - the full list can easily be found in the app.

It is also worth keeping up to date with tasks, because there are regular so-called special challenges that you can only complete within a certain time limit. This includes, for example, collecting a parcel on time or other activities about which you have to be alert and show reflexes.

These are opportunities to earn more InCoins. So it's worth checking the app regularly to make sure you don't miss anything.

InPost Mobile app - additional benefits for users

InPost's mobile app is well-liked, widespread and very popular because of a number of benefits that you won't experience in any other way. Leaving aside the loyalty programme theme, it is perfect for day-to-day parcel management.

Just scan the code in the app or activate remote box opening. The app automatically recognises your location and the Parcel Box. The box opens, you take out the parcel and you're done! However, there are times when you don't have time to collect your parcel - only in the app, however, is there an extended collection function available. For a small fee, you can extend the time to pick up your parcel, so you don't risk returning it to sender, you don't incur re-shipping costs and you don't have to wait for your product all over again. Remember, for the right number of InCoins you can earn a discount on the extended pick-up time option!

The application also has parcel tracking option . You no longer have to keep an eye on when something is going to arrive, or make sure a parcel has been delivered to your recipient - the app will let you know. We've sorted the tabs to make the process as simple as possible, and the intuitive navigation helps you keep track of what's happening with your parcels.

What's more, in the app you will also find an app-to-app shipment sharing function. This means that you can send your parcel collection details to another person using InPost Mobile and they can collect the parcel for you. No taking screens, no sending codes via SMS - pure convenience.

The person to whom you hand over your parcel can also collect it by opening the box remotely - all the functionality of the app remains unchanged.
