New version of the InPost mobile app - time for a real revolution
We all like solutions that make life easier and save valuable time. Ordering a variety of goods online isn't much of a problem, but what about delivery? W InPost is aware that technological developments make it possible to introduce useful improvements, and this is exactly what we are doing because customer comfort has always been our priority. The popularity of Parcel Machines is growing month by month, and we continue to increase their number - we want the best possible availability, not only in large cities, but also in smaller towns and villages. We also want to increase the convenience of using InPost boxes to the maximum, which is why we decided to create a new version of the mobile application . Thanks to the introduced functionality, you don't have to go up to the display panel in the Parcel Machine and enter the codes you received via SMS or e-mail - just click the "Open box remotely" button and you're done! This is by far the most revolutionary change since 2009, when the first Parcel Machines appeared in cities!

Wondering how exactly the new opportunity works? We hasten to answer! The moment you When the parcel is at the Parcel Machine of your choice, you will receive a notification that you can go to pick it up. When you are at the machine, select in the app: "Parcel details", where you will find the option: "Open the box remotely". What's more, in addition to the automatic opening, the locker where the parcel is waiting for you will be highlighted on your phone's display - so you won't have any problems finding it, for example when more people are at the same Parcel Machine. It's really easy! Download the original InPost Mobile 2.0 application exclusively in the App Store and Google Play.
Attention: The new remote opening function is available on 95% of machines. The remaining, older machines are being upgraded to meet current standards.
