Second most popular Polish mobile application
The InPost Mobile application, according to Gemius Mediapanel research, already has over 9.3 million users and is the second most popular ecommerce mobile application in Poland. Through InPost Mobile, it is possible to send and receive parcels in a Paczkomat® device, as well as to use popular additional services - such as fast returns, extending the deadline for collecting the parcel from the machine or the Easy Access Zone.
- The InPost Mobile app is the centre of our communication with the customer. It allows you to easily manage your parcels and use an increasingly wide range of additional services. As many as 9.3 million of our customers is the best proof of how our continuous work on introducing new services and improving the use of them in the app is appreciated by our users. I can confidently say that neither in Poland nor in Europe does anyone in the logistics industry have such a tailored and convenient tool for managing customer relations and communication. When creating the application, we put the needs of our customers at the centre and it is precisely for these needs that we built the appropriate technological infrastructure. I am proud that this has resulted in such a high position on the list of the most used applications in Poland. However, we are certainly not going to rest on our laurels, and soon the users of our application can expect further new functionalities, which will be available in the near future. and - emphasises Rafał Brzoska, CEO of InPost.
At the beginning of January, the InPost Mobile app added a new feature, 'quick returns'. These are performed using it only, without the need to print labels. Any app user can make returns directly from the mobile app, immediately after receiving the parcel. The returned goods can be posted on any device. The return process itself is quick and very intuitive. In addition, the customer can immediately track the package's return journey to the sender in the app.
Users of the InPost Mobile app can also take advantage of a service for undersized people and people with disabilities - the Facilitated Access Zone. This option ensures parcels are delivered to lower boxes in machines at heights between 30 to 150 cm . It is available exclusively on the InPost Mobile app and responds to the needs reported by users
