The residents of Gorzów Wielkopolski will be the first to have an official matter handled by Paczkomaty.
As you can see for yourself: we are not slowing down and are operating OUT OF THE BOX in many fields! InPost Urząd 24 is a new service for city and municipal offices, which allows residents to settle official matters quickly and safely using a Parcel Machine. It is our response to the currently growing demand for contactless and convenient handling of administrative matters. The residents of Gorzów Wielkopolski will be the first to take advantage of the service - two Easypack machines have just been installed at the City Hall to handle applications and documents.
From now on, the citizens of Gorzów will be able to deal with selected matters without having to meet a clerk or courier . The exchange of documents will be mediated by specially prepared and designed InPost parcel machines.
At the moment, the City Hall of Gorzów Wielkopolski mainly accepts cases at the Department of Communications. To complete an official matter using a Parcel Machine, simply visit urzad24.inpost.pl/gorzow, fill in a simple form and take the documents to the Parcel Machine of your choice in the city. The cost of posting for a resident is just £5.99.
Once the case has been accepted by the Office, residents will collect their documents from one of the two Parcel Machines located at the City Hall (at 3-4 Sikorskiego Street and 34 Myśliborska Street). The best way to do this is to do it contactless and conveniently using the remote box opening function in the InPost Mobile app . The free smartphone app is available in the Google Play and App shops.
A list of all matters that can currently be dealt with using Parcel Machines is available on the City Hall website. Among other things, residents can: register a vehicle; apply for the issue of vehicle registration certificates, vehicle cards, time permits and number plates; report the sale of a vehicle, a change of condition or dismantling of a vehicle; apply for the exchange of vehicle documents and their verification as to their compatibility with the existing register.
Paczkomaty at the Gorzów Wielkopolski City Hall is the first of the planned projects as part of the InPost Urząd 24 service, and we are convinced that, as it develops, offices in other Polish cities will join the project. The proper functioning of public administration units is extremely important at the present time, and the new InPost service makes it possible to easily streamline the circulation of applications between the resident and the office, especially in situations where traditional document exchange cannot be avoided using other e-solutions.
