The password for the ChatBot is "Talk to InPost".

InPost - the leader in modern logistics in Poland - is launching a new customer service channel. InPost can now also be contacted via Google Assistant. The conversation starts by calling a bot called ChatBot Mat with the phrase "Talk to InPost". Customers can ask about, among other things, the status of their parcel, the nearest Parcel Machine®, as well as a new feature - the number to courier . The same bot is also available on Messenger, with all its functionalities.

"ChatBot Mat has been enthusiastically received by our customers - we aim to improve it. That is why we have decided to use it in another contact channel - Google Assistant. I am convinced that this solution will make our service more accessible and convenient for, among others, people with disabilities. We want to develop the application so that, in future, the bot itself will send users every change in the status of a package, information about new services, etc. We are perfectly prepared for the Christmas peak - both with our extensive infrastructure, technological facilitations such as opening a Parcel Machine® with the app - without the need to touch the machine's screen, as well as additional Parcel Service Points." - indicates Rafał Brzoska, CEO of InPost .

ChatBot Mat will help the customer locate the parcel when, for example, the Parcel Machine® of their choice is overfilled or damaged, or when the parcel has not been collected at the Parcel Machine® within 48 hours. The parcel will then not be returned to an InPost branch many kilometres away, but to a Parcel Pick-up Point (POP) from where it can be collected.

In November 2019, InPost entered into a direct delivery and order processing agreement with AliExpress, a global platform from the Alibaba Group. It has thus become a strategic partner for AliExpress in Poland. As of 21 November 2019, customers of the platform can collect parcels from China in Paczkomat® InPost parcel machines throughout Poland. Such a delivery option is available directly on the AliExpress website when making a purchase, just like in Polish online shops. According to Gemius data, the offer of the global e-commerce giant has already been used by every eighth Polish internet user - it is at the very top of the most frequently selected shopping platforms in Poland.

InPost has also released an innovative solution that allows you to manage your Parcel Machine® and your box from within the app*. From now on, multiple people will be able to receive parcels at the same Parcel Machine®. GO MOBILE Strategy! is another step in the reorientation of the logistics industry towards mobility. InPost will also soon make it possible to send parcels via an app installed on a smartphone.

In October 2019, the company introduced a new service called 'Fast Shippers' - without registration, logins or queues. Since October, InPost's retail customers have also benefited from a new, lower price list for parcels in various sizes - which involves up to a 20% reduction, to £11.99 gross.

Demand for InPost services is growing steadily - The number of Paczkomaty® (6,000 machines in Poland) has exceeded the scale of Poczta Polska's own outlets (4,600**).

By 2020, InPost will already have 10 sorting centres and logistics centres in place - four spaces from Panattoni Europe, the existing expanded central sorting facility at the P3 Piotrków warehouse park, two sorting facilities at the new logistics parks 7R Park Sosnowiec and 7R Park Warszawa, as well as modern facilities at the MLP Poznan West, MLP Gliwice and MLP Wroclaw West logistics parks.

In addition, under a cooperation agreement, InPost began installing Paczkomaty® at Dino, Lidl and Kaufland shops throughout Poland, as well as in Auchan shopping centres. Paczkomaty® InPost is also the most frequently offered form of delivery of purchases in online shops according to a report by Furgonetka.pl. As many as 74% of large shops and 44% of small and medium-sized shops offer delivery by Paczkomaty® InPost. The average cost of delivery via them is PLN 10 in smaller and PLN 9 in large online shops.

* The solution is available on 95% of machines. The remaining older machines are gradually being upgraded to the latest standard.
