We summarised the last months of operations in Poland and in foreign markets, with strong growth everywhere. We recorded a 32.6% year-on-year increase in revenue to PLN 1,690.4 million, and adjusted EBITDA increased by 11.5% year-on-year to PLN 455.8 million.

We are not slowing down! The number of users of Paczkomat® devices in Poland amounted to 16.3 million (+13% y/y) . In doing so, we strengthened our leadership position in the delivery market by continuing our strategy of providing the best solutions for users, including by introducing parcel sharing on the mobile app with other users, expanding the EKO Returns programme to include new product categories and launching a programme called EkoBox - introducing returnable packaging in partnership with the Modivo brand.
"The third quarter was another quarter in which we grew dynamically in each of our main markets. This growth was made possible by consumers who value convenience and flexibility in InPost's services, and e-commerce retailers who find us able to offer fast and attractively priced deliveries to their customers." - said Rafał Brzoska , founder and CEO of InPost.
It is noteworthy that we have intensively expanded our network of Paczkomat® devices in all countries. In the third quarter, more than 2 000 new machines and at the end of the quarter there were 26 330 , including:
- 19,254 Poland (+17% compared to the end of 2021),
- 1 653 in France (+428% compared to the end of 2021),
- 4 333 in the UK (+38% compared to the end of 2021).
In the latter country, we also launched the first L-shaped Parcel Machines®!
Pursuing a customer-centric strategy, in France, tests of a mobile application have been launched which will be implemented based on experience from the Polish market. A new sorting facility was also opened in Harnes, which is also the largest sorting facility in the InPos Group in terms of area t and launched returns of unpackaged goods in cooperation with Amazon.
In the UK, there has been a quantum leap in the number of users of Paczkomat® devices influenced, among other things, by the increased density of the appliance network. In the main cities: London, Birmingham and Manchester - 46% of residents have a 7-minute walk to the nearest InPost machine . The increase in users and volumes in this market, however, was primarily the result of the introduction of a well-known service for business customers in the Polish market - Paczkomat® parcel deliveries.
