Group grew in all key markets
The InPost Group - a leader among e-commerce delivery platforms in Europe - delivered 744.9 million parcels in 2022, 44% more than a year earlier. In Poland, the volume of shipments amounted to 508.4 million parcels (+20% year-on-year). In international markets, volume was 236.5 million parcels (+153% y/y), of which Mondial Relay delivered 213.1 million parcels (+151% y/y) [1] .
Key information:

- At the end of 2022, InPost had 27,939 Paczkomat® devices, including 19,306 in Poland (+17% y/y) and 8,633 in international markets (+120% y/y)

It was another good year for the InPost Group. We recorded record volumes both in Poland and on international markets. This was achieved despite the difficult macroeconomic conditions challenging the entire e-commerce sector. The exceptional quality of the services offered by InPost resulted in another year of share growth in the core Polish market. In the pre-Christmas period in Poland, we were once again the only company in the logistics market to guarantee deliveries until the last days before Christmas. Despite record volumes of up to 5 million parcels per day, our NPS (Net Promoter Score - customer loyalty index) increased from 75% to 81% in the December 2022 survey. These results confirm that InPost's network of Paczkomat® devices is the most convenient, flexible and pro-consumer form of delivery for e-commerce. As Q4 volumes show, our business model is being successfully implemented in new markets.
It is noteworthy that France's Mondial Relay, operating in the Group's second most important market, recorded record growth, exceeding previous assumptions. The growing demand for our services in France reinforces our conviction that our assumptions regarding the scale and pace of the planned investment process in this country in both the logistics network and the expansion of the Paczkomat® machine network are correct.
The UK market also brought a positive surprise. Demand for the Group's services has increased to such a level that we have decided to temporarily limit their availability due to capacity concerns at our logistics partner. This motivates us to expand our logistics in the UK market to fully meet the expectations of our customers. The results for 2022 and the growing consumer demand for the InPost Group's services, both in France, where deliveries by Paczkomat® InPost already account for 7% of the total volume, and in the UK, where expectations of increased availability are growing, allow us to look with optimism at the year 2023, which has just started, especially when it comes to international markets," said Rafał Brzoska, founder and CEO of InPost
