The company already has 12,000 Paczkomat® machines in the United Kingdom and 9,000 in France.
The InPost Group, a leader in logistics solutions for the e-commerce industry in Europe, is consistently developing its "Out of Home" (OOH) network and increasing its presence in foreign markets. In the United Kingdom, the company already has 12,000 parcel lockers, and in France, InPost Group's subsidiary Mondial Relay has increased the number of devices to 9,000.
Our parcel lockers are becoming the first choice for millions of consumers across Europe. Following our success in Poland, we are consistently pursuing our vision of building the most accessible and modern out-of-home network in Europe. The dynamic growth in the number of machines in the United Kingdom and France is a response to the growing expectations of customers, who are increasingly choosing this fast, convenient and reliable form of delivery. We are not stopping there; we are continuing to develop our infrastructure, focusing on key markets with the greatest growth potential, commented Rafał Brzoska, founder and CEO of InPost .
In the United Kingdom, InPost is strengthening its position among the leading e-commerce logistics platforms. The acquisition of Yodel has enabled the integration of deliveries to Paczkomat® machines with traditional doorstep deliveries, creating a flexible and comprehensive offering for online retailers and consumers. In the second quarter of 2025 alone, InPost UK handled over 65 million parcels, recording 177% year-on-year growth.
The French market, where Mondial Relay operates, is also seeing an increase in demand for parcel lockers. According to research, 56% of French residents say they prefer out-of-home delivery, and as many as 75% have used parcel lockers in the last 12 months. What is more, 93% of users plan to use this form of delivery again. In response to growing market needs, the number of Paczkomat® machines has tripled in France in just three years.
The InPost Group also maintains a strong position in other foreign markets. In Italy, the total number of OOH points is approaching 10,000, of which almost half are Paczkomat® machines. There are already over 12,000 OOH points on the Iberian Peninsula, including 3,000 Paczkomat® devices. In July 2025, the InPost Group additionally acquired the Spanish company Sending, expanding its operations to include courier services, fulfilment and 24-hour door-to-door deliveries.
At the beginning of September this year, the InPost Group also announced a strategic investment in Bloq.it, a provider of parcel machines. This partnership will accelerate the expansion of the network and enable the installation of machines in locations previously inaccessible to traditional logistics solutions, strengthening the InPost Group's position as a leader in modern deliveries in Europe.
InPost currently has a network of nearly 90,000 OOH points across Europe, including approximately 57,000 Paczkomat® machines, and continues to expand.
