What is the Partnership Programme about?
The Partnership Programme is the main programme of FOB, which is a platform for companies to develop, gain knowledge and network and share good practices in the area of corporate social responsibility. The programme is made up of companies - CSR/ESG leaders, companies that are at the forefront of their industries, but also of responsible business and sustainable development in Poland.
The Partnership Programme is based on communication and building relationships between companies, engaging Partners in FOB activities and improving knowledge and education. Through participation in this programme, it is possible to gain valuable experience of good practices both in Poland and abroad, as well as to showcase your company's achievements. It is also worth noting that participation in the Partnership Programme provides an opportunity to make contacts and build coalitions and partnerships, which is extremely important on the road to sustainable development.
The Partnership Programme consists of, among other things:
- closed content meetings: with experts, thematic meetings, webinars, training courses
- closed portal for FOB partners
- regular newsletter of the Partnership Programme
- cooperation on publications and thematic analyses produced by the Responsible Business Forum
- presentation of the company's practices and achievements, e.g. at meetings, in articles, through the publication of press releases
- opportunity to contribute to FOB initiatives
How will we work within the Partnership?
As part of the initiative, we want to gain new experience, share our good practices and achievements in the area of sustainable development. Together with other CSR/ESG leaders, we will develop and disseminate knowledge and contribute to spreading the idea of responsible business in Poland in a comprehensive way. We will promote CSR by taking part in FOB events, we will cooperate in the preparation of publications, analyses and reports. As part of the Partnership, we want to put knowledge into practice, benefit from consultations with FOB experts on strategies, tools and policies.
We received the diploma of accession to the Partnership on 17 April from Marzena Strzelczak, President and CEO of the Responsible Business Forum, member of the Board of Directors of CSR Europe, at the premiere of the Report "Responsible Business in Poland. Good practices" .
The event was accompanied, among other things, by a panel discussion on the challenges and tensions associated with the implementation of environmental and social goals by business. A special guest at the Report's launch was Professor Marcin Napiórkowski, who gave a lecture on the role of narratives related to key aspects of sustainable development. The European context of the Social Green Deal challenges was in turn illuminated by Hana Kreso, Project Manager CSR Europe.
