The company already has over 10,000 Paczkomat® machines in France.
The InPost Group, a leader in logistics solutions for the e-commerce industry in Europe, is consistently increasing its presence in key foreign markets. In less than three months, the number of parcel machines in France increased by over 1,000, exceeding 10,000 devices by the end of the year. In total, the InPost Group manages a network of over 61,000 parcel machines in nine countries.
The dynamic, and last year even record-breaking, growth of our infrastructure is the result of a long-term strategy and a response to the changing shopping habits of Europeans. Parcel machines are now the first choice for millions of consumers who expect accessibility, convenience and reliability regardless of the country. Following our success in Poland, we are consistently transferring this model to other markets, strengthening our position in strategically important countries such as France and the United Kingdom, and creating one of the most advanced and dense logistics networks in Europe, emphasises Wojciech Kądziołka, InPost Press Officer .
In 2025, the InPost Group installed a record number of 14,200 new parcel machines, recording a 30% increase year-on-year. In Poland, the number of parcel lockers increased to over 28,000 machines, in continental Europe to over 19,000, and in the United Kingdom to almost 14,000.
On the French market, where the InPost Group's subsidiary Mondial Relay operates, the dynamic development of the network is a response to clear changes in buyer preferences. More than half of French residents prefer out-of-home deliveries. As many as 75% of consumers use parcel machines, and 93% of them declare their willingness to continue using this form of delivery. What is more, over half of users choose delivery to a parcel machine at least once a month, and nearly a third do so very regularly. In urban areas, 68% of parcel locker users use Mondial Relay machines, which further confirms the brand's position as the market leader.
The InPost Group has announced that it will continue to develop its out-of-home network in key European markets. In the UK alone, the company will invest nearly £600 million by 2029 and plans to significantly increase the number of parcel machines. InPost is also rapidly expanding its network of parcel machines in other markets. There are already nearly 5,000 machines in Italy, and in Spain, the number of parcel machines rose to over 4,000 last month. This is a response to the growing needs of e-commerce customers and a way to strengthen the company's position as a leader in modern deliveries in Europe.
