How do you send a parcel from France to Poland, step by step?

How do I send a parcel from France to Poland?

Once you’ve paid for your order, you’ll receive two things by email at the same time: a link to the shipping label and a QR code. It’s up to you which one you take with you to the collection point, as both documents work in the same way. The You create the assignment beforehand by Express Parcel Services or in the app InPost Mobile, and then you place the finished parcel in a Paczkomat® parcel locker or at a PaczkoPunkt collection point (In France, these points are known as Points Relais®, which are operated by Mondial Relay – part of the InPost Group).

Dispatch date: 30 days from payment of the order

You have 30 calendar days from the date of payment to collect your parcel from the collection point; after this period, your order will expire. Calendar days are counted, so weekends and public holidays are also included in this period.

If your plans change and you are unable to post your parcel, you can request a refund for the unused label within the same 30-day period – please submit your request via the contact form on the InPost website.

The delivery time only starts from the moment the parcel is posted, so paying for your order in advance does not, in itself, speed anything up.

Permitted dimensions and weight of parcels from France to Poland

About delivery charges It is the dimensions of the parcel that matter, not its weight, because each of the three size categories covers parcels weighing up to 25 kg. You should therefore measure the box after packing it, including any padding and tape – it is only these dimensions that matter when choosing the size.

How long does it take for a parcel to be delivered from France to Poland?

Estimated Delivery from France takes 5 working days, counted from the next working day after the date of dispatch. In addition, the operator guarantees delivery within 9 working days at the latest. You will see a specific delivery estimate for your parcel on the platform before you pay for your order, based on the selected parcel size.

Delivery times depend on the country of dispatch, and InPost sets out the terms and conditions sending a parcel from abroad to Poland separately for each destination. Safe packaging of parcels for delivery to Poland
