The world has become even smaller 🌍 because as of November, you will send parcels up to 25 kg from Poland via Paczkomat® InPost or PaczkoPunkt to 7 countries in Europe: Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, France and Luxembourg.

Wondering "what happens next"? When you are abroad, can you send a parcel to Poland? Answer: YES 💛 , although the process is somewhat more complex.

What is worth knowing when sending parcels from abroad to Poland?

Although we have accustomed you in Poland to sending parcels quickly and conveniently via the InPost Mobile app, bear in mind that abroad we are only just developing our services. Each country has its own website for sending parcels: these are usually available in the local language and require registration. The label with all the key information is particularly important - when sticking it on your parcel, make sure it is in a safe and visible place. When packing your parcel, always bear in mind the dimensions of the parcel and the weight - it must not exceed 25kg.

There is more relevant information, so we have prepared for you quick reference guide 🧳 in which we explain how the parcel posting process works in each country. After all, holidays should be a time of "no stress, just chill".

What country do you want to send a parcel from?

Spain

Although Spain is a country where we are growing our business rapidly, it does not have a local version of the app. There are currently a total of 11,000 Parcel Points (Punto Pack) and Parcel Machines (Locker) on the Iberian Peninsula (in Spain and Portugal). You can find the nearest one to your location at InPost.co.uk/search-for-the-nearest-pack-point .

How do I send a parcel from Spain to Poland?

Visit InPost.es *. If you have a user account, log in with your email address and password. Then select "Connect .

*For those who do not speak the local language, the browser's page translation function can be helpful.

On the page, select the tab "Make a shipment". (or go directly to InPost.es/realiza-un-envio .

Provide basic information, i.e. County (pais) to which you wish to send the parcel, and weight (peso) of the consignment in kilograms.

 

Are you sending to Poland (Polonia)? It should look more or less like this:

Once the weight has been completed, the website will automatically calculate the amount due in the local currency, the euro. W the price (precio) includes compensation (compensación) . You can then increase its value. The price of a parcel depends largely on its dimensions and weight .

 

Recipient data in Poland

In section Recipient wybierz opcję "Enter the recipient's shipping address". Provide the necessary information on the recipient (Apellidos = Surname, Nombre = First name, Dirección = Address, Código postal = Postal code, Ciudad = City), including a valid telephone number and address.

 

Nearly there!

Accept the privacy policy, select a parcel machine in Poland to which your parcel is to be delivered (search for it by postal code or town - the system will automatically show you the nearby Paczkomat® machines or PUDO Points on the map) and click on "Validate my shipment". (confirm shipment).

If all the details are completed correctly, the system will take you to a page where you complete the paperwork.

Print out the label - you can do this at a Punto Pack or otherwise known as a Pick-Up, Drop-Off (PUDO) point - and then Stick it in a safe and visible place. This is where all the key information is located.

Once the weight has been completed, the website will automatically calculate the amount due in the local currency, the euro. The price (prix) includes compensation (indemnisation) . You can then increase its value. The price of a parcel depends largely on its dimensions and weight.

In section My recipient wybierz opcję "I'm entering my recipient's details". Provide the necessary information on the recipient (Nom = Surname, Prénome = First name, Addressse = Address, Code Postal = Postcode, Ville = City), including a valid telephone number and address.

Select a parcel machine in Poland to which you want your parcel to be delivered [search for it by postal code or town - the system will automatically show you the nearby Parcel Machines or Parcel Points (Points Relais®) on the map] and click "Valider mon envoi" (confirm shipment).

If all the details are filled in correctly, the system will take you to a page where you complete the formalities, including paying for the order and downloading the label.

Ensure that the label is stuck in a safe and visible place. This is where all the key information is located.
