How do I send a parcel from Spain to Poland using InPost Mobile?

• Prices Gross: 49.99 zł for a Small pack, 58.99 zł for a Medium pack and 104.99 zł for a Large pack.

• Dimensions and weight: up to 39 × 38 × 64 cm for the largest size, each weighing up to 25 kg.

• Delivery time: an estimated 3–6 working days, or 10 days at the latest, as stated in the operator’s terms and conditions.

How do I send a parcel from Spain to Poland?

Generation You can arrange your parcel dispatch via the app or on the website services Express Parcel Services, if you find it more convenient to use a computer. The InPost Mobile app It guides you through selecting the country of origin and the parcel size, entering the details of both parties involved in the shipment, and choosing a collection point in Poland. You pay in advance, before you visit the collection point.

In the app, you go through four steps in turn:

1. Select country of dispatch and one of the three parcel dimensions.

2. Complete the recipient’s details and my own, by phone or email.

3. Select collection point in Poland, by marking it on the map.

4. Pay for your order - You can see the cost and estimated delivery date before you pay.

This order is not random: the size of the parcel determines the price, and the selected collection point determines where the parcel will end up. The final step is payment – immediately afterwards, you will receive the documents required for posting.

Immediately after payment, a message is sent containing: QR code and link to the shipping label. Each label is for one-off use only, so the second and any subsequent parcels require a separate order.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of payment to post your parcel; any unused order will then expire.

A label or a QR code – two ways to post in Spain

At sending a parcel from abroad to Poland Every country has its own version, and some of them require a paper label. In Spain You don’t need to print anything: a QR code from your phone is all you need when posting, whilst printing the label is the second, equally valid option. You receive both documents together, so you can leave the decision until you’re ready to leave the house.

You always have the QR code to hand on your mobile; printing it out simply gives you the same label, but on paper. If you don’t have a printer at home, the ‘Print at PUDO’ service is available at selected locations, where you can print your label. The rest of the delivery process is exactly the same for both options. You can also place the dispatch code in a visible place on the box.

Where can I post a parcel in Spain?

A parcel in Spain send via Paczkomat® and PaczkoPunkty. You select the specific address on the map in the app, in the same step where you choose a collection point on the Polish side.

The map has a filter for point type, so you can narrow it down to just the vending machines or to partner locations; you can open the same list by InPost branch locator in your browser. You can visit the vending machine at any time, even after the shops have closed; at a partner collection point, staff will accept your parcel during their normal opening hours. The choice of collection point does not affect the price – this is determined by the size of the parcel.

Parcel size and postage costs from Spain

You’ll pay for a parcel from Spain 49.99 zł for size Small, 58.99 zł for size Medium and 104.99 zł for size Large. These are gross rates calculated per parcel, which are displayed in the app as soon as you select a size.

The amounts shown are for information purposes only – the binding price will always be shown on the order form, in accordance with the price list in force on the date of purchase.

Sizes shown on the parcel selection screen:

• Small: 49.99 zł for items measuring up to 8 × 38 × 64 cm.

• Average: 58.99 zł for items measuring up to 19 × 38 × 64 cm.

• Large: 104.99 zł for items measuring up to 39 × 38 × 64 cm.

Choose a size that matches the dimensions of the packed box, including the tape and packing material. It is not permitted to crush the box to a smaller size – the actual dimensions of the packed parcel are what count.

How long does delivery from Spain to Poland take?

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 working days, and the deadline to which the operator is bound is 10 working days. The first figure is for information purposes only; the second is the deadline you can rely on.

The countdown begins on the next working day after posting, and Collections and deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. A parcel left at a collection point on Saturday is therefore not dispatched until Monday.

A cardboard box for the journey from Spain to Poland

The consignment changes mode of transport en route, and the packaging must withstand the entire journey despite these transhipments. The sender is responsible for packing the contents.

A parcel ready for posting looks like this:

• Sturdy cardboard, chosen to suit the contents, with no empty space inside.

• Padding around any items that might shift.

• Label (where required) on the flat top of the carton, outside the sealing line.

• An exposed code through which neither tape nor a sticker can pass.

• A carton without any old markings, if it has previously been in circulation.

Collecting a parcel from Spain in Poland

The recipient is notified of the consignment via Via text message, email or in-app messages, along with a confirmation code and a QR code. The collection date is 48 hours in a Paczkomat® parcel locker; at a PaczkoPunkt collection point and at a parcel locker with limited opening hours, this period is extended to 72 hours. The locker can then be opened remotely via the same app used to place the order.
