How do I pay for a cash on delivery parcel to a Parcel Machine?
4 August 2024
Payment by card
Some Parcel Machines are equipped with payment terminals, so you can easily pay for your purchases by card. You will do this in a few simple steps:
- You order a cash-on-delivery shipment of goods to a Parcel Machine.
- The moment you place your parcel in the machine, you receive a code. However, in the case of cash on delivery, this code is not enough to receive the parcel - after all, you have to pay for it first. You should therefore ...
- ...go to the Parcel Machine, where you start - as always - by giving your phone number.
- At this point, the machine asks you to enter the aforementioned code. You enter it and proceed to the commands given on the screen of the payment terminal.
- Once the parcel is paid for, the box opens.
- Sometimes there are also questions about whether a parcel can be paid by card at a Parcel Machine other than the one where the parcel is waiting. We dispel any doubts: you will only pay for your parcel at the machine where your parcel is currently sitting.
Blick payment
When our courier will place your parcel in the Parcel Machine, you will receive a notification in the app and by email. Walk up to the machine and enter your phone number and collection code or scan the QR code. Go to the payment panel and select the Blik option. Then enter the Blik code generated by the bank. The box will open and you will pick up your package!
Payment by bank transfer (PayByLink)
Your card doesn't work, but you have funds in your account and want to make a transfer? It can be done either way. As you probably know, we also inform you of the possibility of collecting your parcel via email. If the pending parcel is a cash on delivery parcel, you will find a link to a quick payment in this email. These are so-called PayByLink transfers - after clicking on the appropriate link, you will be able to log on to your bank's website, where the transfer order form will automatically fill in the data needed for its approval (including the amount of the collection). You pay and... once the payment has been posted, you receive a collection code with which you can go to the machine.
Please note that the PayByLink service is offered in cooperation with eCard. It is eCard that is responsible for direct cooperation with banks. It may happen that your bank is not on the list. Please try to make the payment a few hours later and your bank may then return to the list of banks supported by eCard.
Payment methods available for cash on delivery - we accept payment by credit cards (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro) and bank transfers from selected banks: Bank BPH S.A. (Transfer from BPH), ING Bank Śląski S.A. (Płać z ING), Bank PEKAO S.A. (Pekao24przelew), BZ WBK S.A. (Przelew24), Alior Bank S.A. (Płacę z Alior Bankiem), Alior Bank S.A. (T-Mobile Usługi Bankowe), Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. (Pay with BOS), Deutsche Bank PBC S.A. (db Transfer), Plus Bank S.A. (Pay with Plus Bank), Bank Pocztowy S.A. (Pocztowy24 e-transfer).
Payment in cash
Don't have a payment card or don't currently have any funds on your account? Nothing lost - you can pay for your parcel in cash. However, not at a Parcel Machine, but at a branch. You have two options:
-
When you receive an in-app notification, email or text message informing you that you can collect your parcel, your parcel is already waiting at the Parcel Machine. It waits there patiently for 48 hours, after which our courier will take it out of the machine and drive it to the nearest branch, where you can collect it for the next 3 working days. And it is then that you can pay for your parcel in cash at our branch.
-
Don't want to wait for your parcel to come back from the machine, but would like to pay cash anyway? You can do it anyway - go to the Parcel Machine branch where your parcel was supposed to be delivered and pay there. The collection code will be sent to your phone number and you will be able to collect your parcel just like a "normal" parcel delivery - straight from the machine.
-
Due to the threat of COVID - 19, the option to collect parcels from the branch is currently not being implemented, until further notice. We apologise for the inconvenience.
And a small note - when paying in cash, it is a good idea to have the amount deducted with you.
