At InPost, we have always believed in the power and potential of women! That is why we are a partner of Poland's largest educational and development programme "TOP Women in e-business", which opens up many opportunities for women and motivates them to act.
The TOP Women in e-business programme is aimed at women who are planning to retrain, start their own business, or gain or expand their competence in online business. Participants in the programme will be able to take part in a number of workshops, including an original InPost training session.
The event is organised by the Women in e-business foundation. It is a Polish non-profit organisation dedicated to education about e-commerce and running an online business. One of the foundation's goals is also to improve the lives of women and their professional development mainly in the e-commerce industry.
The first edition of TOP Women in e-business was met with great enthusiasm and interest. The success of last year's event gave the organisers the impetus to organise a second edition.
Top Women in e-business is a free and unlimited programme The programme is open to all applicants, including: age, education, income and place of residence. Enrolment in the programme started on 18 October 2021 and will last until 15 January 2022. The programme's chapter will invite 200 women, selected on the basis of the completed applications, from among all candidates.

Classes will begin in February 2022 and will take place in an online format. A series of training courses awaits the participants, including lectures delivered by experts and business practitioners, enriched with practical classes and workshops. The ambassador of the TOP Women in e-business educational programme is Małgorzata Ohme. One of the most well-known and respected psychologists and journalists in Poland.
We, too, want to share our experience and add a handful of inspiration - as part of the programme, participants will have the opportunity to take part in a proprietary InPost training panel which will be hosted by our experts. We will answer many questions that often arise when running your own business, such as: what is the importance of choosing a form of delivery in an online shop? How to approach the integration with courier company modules? What form of cooperation is worth considering? We will also talk about good practices concerning packaging and preparation courier deliveries .
Importantly, all participants will have the support of specialists during the programme, as well as afterwards, in the phase of creating their own business. Each woman will receive a starter pack from the partners to help them start their online business.
#GirlPower! All women who want to develop their interests, ideas and passions, hitherto pursued at home, and turn them into attractive start-ups, are highly encouraged to take part in the programme. The first step is the hardest!
