Can you find a Parcel Machine® in the Netherlands?
In the Netherlands, instead of Paczkomat® machines, there are PUDO (Pick-Up Drop-Off) points where you can both receive and send parcels. Sending a parcel to them is just as easy as sending it within Poland. You can do this both in the application InPost Mobile as well as through the service's website Rapid Transmissions . All you need to do is complete the shipping form by entering the recipient's details and selecting the machine or Parcel Destination, and finally pay for the order.
Remember, however, that we deliver parcels in the Netherlands as part of the Mondial Relay network, which is part of InPost from 2021 . All collection points are therefore branded with the brand's logo and, in addition, it is also the sender of the parcel status messages that the addressee receives.
How do I find InPost points in the Netherlands?
If you want to find an InPost pick-up and drop-off point in the Netherlands, the most convenient way to do this is with the mobile app. Here are the instructions:
- Launch the InPost Mobile app on your smartphone.
- In the bottom menu, click "More" and then select "InPost points map".
- Use the "Find on map" option.
- Moving the map, select the area of the Netherlands and click 'Search in this area'.
- Done! This will display all InPost points.
The application also provides detailed information such as exact address and availability times of the points .

InPost in Amsterdam - locations and tips
If you are interested in shipping via Parcel Machine, Amsterdam is one of the places where you will find the most Mondial Relay collection points. The Dutch capital is in the zone with the fastest international deliveries. Your parcel will arrive there up to a maximum of three working days from the day following the date of posting.
Take delivery time into account especially if you want your parcel to arrive in Amsterdam on a specific date, e.g. a loved one's birthday or your arrival in the city. Regardless of the destination of your parcel, make sure it is packed properly. Secure the items inside and carefully seal the outside of the package.
How to locate your nearest InPost in the Netherlands - tips
In addition to the app, how can you locate pick-up points in the Netherlands? You can also search for them on the Fast Shipment service page . In the first field you see, i.e. "Which country are you sending to?", click the drop-down list and select the Netherlands.
To find a suitable destination for your parcel, use the "Select on map" option next to the "Name or address of collection point" field. After clicking on this option, our map showing available locations throughout the Netherlands . This allows you to select a location for the recipient that is close to their address in just a few moments.
How do you prepare a parcel that you send via InPost in the Netherlands?
No matter where you are sending your overseas parcel from InPost - Eindhoven, Amsterdam or Rotterdam - make sure it is properly secured according to our packing guide. Remember that you can send without a printed label. This is a convenient and safe option.
The parcel can either be in a cardboard box or in a foil pack. Choose the packaging appropriate to the contents of the parcel. Remember to comply with the dimensions corresponding to the different boxes of the Parcel Machine®.
If you are sending a parcel in a cardboard box, make sure that the inside is properly filled, e.g. with crumpled paper. All this is to protect the items inside from movement and damage. When you want to ship a suitcase, remember that it too must be packed in a box or stretch film . You need to properly secure the wheels or stand-off handles.
