No, the guarantee covers parcels ordered to Parcel Machines.
- What if the parcel is placed on time and the Parcel Machine breaks down?

- Does the Easter delivery guarantee also apply to parcels sent from another country?
No. Parcels sent from abroad, as well as parcels sent abroad, are not covered by the delivery guarantee. In the case of international parcels, delivery times may depend on factors such as customs procedures, transport conditions or delays associated with international transport.
- To have a parcel delivered before Easter, when is the latest I can order a courier? Does the time the order is generated or when the courier picks up the package count?
In order to be guaranteed delivery before Easter, parcels should be posted no later than Friday, 18 April, by 1 p.m. and in some zones even by 4 p.m. The time of posting depends on the zone (postcode) in which the Parcel Machine® / Parcel Point is located. As below:
Zone A - cut-off time: 16:00,
Zone B - cut-off time: 15:00,
Zone C - cut-off time: 14:00,
Zone D - cut-off time: 13:00.You can check the current zones and cut-off times at inpost.co.uk/hours-of-collection .
This applies both to parcels sent by Parcel Machine, by Parcel Point and those collected by courier. What counts is the actual time the parcel is posted in the machine or picked up by the courier, not when the order was generated. A parcel sent by Parcel Point must be placed in the box by the indicated time. A parcel picked up by a courier, on the other hand, must be ready for collection and received at the agreed time. Meeting these deadlines ensures that the parcel reaches the Parcel Machines before Christmas.
