Do you sell via InPost Von Halski? The ‘Top Seller’ programme is launching

Good sales deserve recognition. From 21 September, InPost Von Halski is launching the ‘Top Seller’ programme, which will recognise the shops that look after their customers best.

Product availability, timely dispatch and efficient after-sales service matter. Now, they can also help boost your shop’s visibility on Von Halski. 😉

What does the ‘Top Seller’ title entail?

The title is intended to recognise shops that provide shoppers with a high standard of service at every stage of the ordering process.

If you get hold of it, you’ll gain two specific benefits:

• A badge next to your shop’s name – visible on the product carousel, in the list of offers and on your seller profile. Everywhere where buyers make their decisions.
• A higher ranking for your listings – the title will be taken into account when selecting the listings shown to buyers. This means more people will see your products.

What will be taken into account?

We award the ‘Top Seller’ title on the basis of 9 indicators across 4 areas, including:

• Offer – what proportion of your catalogue is active and available for purchase.
• Logistics – Are orders dispatched on time, and how often are they dispatched on the same day?
• After-sales service – what proportion of returns and complaints are resolved, and how often do orders result in a complaint.
• Scale and reliability – sales value, number of orders and volume of parcels dispatched via InPost.

How do we work out the result?

We’re recalculating your result every two weeks. This ensures that the rating accurately reflects the current standard of sales and customer service in your shop.

The first ‘Top Seller’ badges will appear in the app as early as 21 September.

How do I join?

The programme automatically includes all active sellers on InPost Von Halski. We track your metrics from the start of the programme, so you don’t need to register anywhere. The rest depends on the quality of your sales.

Where can you check your status?

You’ll find all the key information in The Merchant Panel in the ‘Shop Quality’ section.

There you’ll see:

• its current indicators,
• current score,
• information on the programme’s status,
• suggestions on what to improve in order to be named ‘Top Seller’.
