1. Is there an additional charge for guaranteed delivery before Christmas?
No, you will not incur any charges.
2. Does the pre-Christmas delivery guarantee apply to all branches? Will all InPost branches deliver parcels?
Yes, the service applies to all branches.
3. If the sender places parcels in a Paczkomat parcel locker on Monday, 22 December, are they guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas?
Yes, if the terms and conditions of the service are met.
For the parcel to reach you by Tuesday, 23 December, must be placed in the Parcel Locker by Monday, 22 December, no later than 1 p.m., and in some areas even until 4 p.m.
The delivery time depends on the zone (postcode) where the parcel locker is located. ® As follows:

4. Does the guarantee of parcel delivery before Christmas also apply to parcels sent from another country?
No. Parcels sent from abroad, as well as parcels sent abroad, are not covered by the delivery guarantee. For international shipments, delivery times may depend on factors such as customs procedures, transport conditions or delays related to international transport.
5. What if the sender delivers the parcel to the parcel locker after the deadline? Will the pre-Christmas delivery guarantee still apply?
The Christmas delivery guarantee applies to parcels sent via Paczkomat, PaczkoPunkt and via InPost Courier with collection via a Paczkomat machine.
In order for your parcel to reach you by Tuesday, 23 December, it should be handed over on Monday, 22 December, by 1 p.m. at the latest, and in some areas even by 4 p.m.

6. What does "before Christmas Eve" / "before Christmas" mean? Until what time will parcels be placed in the Parcel Locker?
This term means that parcels will be delivered by Paczkomat by Tuesday, 23 December at the latest.
7. What if, on Tuesday, 23 December, the parcel is stored in a Paczkomat parcel locker? Will the declaration be honoured and will it be delivered to the Paczkomat parcel locker I have chosen?
A parcel that has been placed in a parcel locker has the status of delivered – the condition for guaranteed delivery has been met. However, if the recipient has chosen a Paczkomat machine that is full at the time of delivery by the courier, the parcel will be transferred to another machine or a mobile Paczkomat device (MPOK) located near the destination. On 23 December, parcels will only be delivered to Paczkomat machines. On that day, we will not store parcels in PaczkoPunkts so that they can be collected 24/7.
8. Does the guarantee apply to all shipments: both those to parcel lockers and courier deliveries?
The pre-Christmas delivery guarantee applies to shipments with delivery by parcel locker . You can send your parcel via a Paczkomat parcel locker, PaczkoPunkt parcel collection point or to a courier. However, please remember to send your parcel by 1 p.m. at the latest, or in some areas even by 4 p.m.
The delivery time depends on the zone (postcode) where the parcel locker is located. ® As follows:

9. Are parcels ordered to a Parcel Point and via courier covered by the pre-Christmas delivery guarantee?
No, the delivery guarantee applies to parcels ordered to Parcel Lockers.
10. Does the delivery guarantee only cover placing the parcel in the parcel locker by Christmas Eve? What if the parcel is placed on time but the parcel locker breaks down?
In the event of a parcel locker malfunction, we will make every effort to ensure that all parcels are delivered for collection. In the event of a prolonged malfunction, parcels will be transferred to an MPOK (Mobile Parcel Locker) located near the originally selected locker. If this is not possible, they will be delivered in another manner, agreed individually with the recipient, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
11. Does the delivery guarantee also cover oversized parcels (those in which the sender has incorrectly declared the dimensions or weight of the parcel)?
No. In the case of parcels sent via Paczkomat that do not meet the requirements due to incorrect size marking, excessive dimensions or weight, delivery guarantee does not apply .
12. What if the courier does not find me at home on Tuesday, 23 December? Will the courier make another attempt to deliver the parcel on the same day? Can the courier leave the parcel at a nearby Parcel Point or Parcel Locker?
The pre-Christmas delivery guarantee applies to only parcels sent to parcel lockers The delivery guarantee does not cover parcels sent to a home address or to a Parcel Point.
13. Does the delivery guarantee cover cash on delivery parcels?
Yes, the delivery guarantee covers cash on delivery parcels in accordance with the applicable rules.
14. Does the delivery guarantee cover parcels sent by private individuals?
Yes, the delivery guarantee covers parcels sent by private individuals for delivery to a parcel locker. The only condition is that parcels must be posted by 1 p.m. at the latest, and in some areas even by 4 p.m., on Monday, 22 December.
15. Does the guarantee apply to all parcel dimensions (including size and weight)?
The delivery guarantee applies to parcels of standard sizes and weights, in accordance with the terms and conditions of service. For parcels of non-standard sizes or exceeding the permissible weight limits, the delivery guarantee may not apply.
Before sending a parcel, it is worth ensuring that it meets the size and weight requirements.
1. Despite the guarantee, the parcel did not reach the recipient on time. Can I expect compensation? Should I file a complaint?
If the parcel has been sent and received until Monday, 22 December, 1 p.m., and in some zones even until 4 p.m.*, one of the following statuses:
- "Collected by Courier" – when the Sender handed the parcel directly to the courier,
- "Sent by Paczkomat – when the Sender posted the parcel in a Parcel Locker,
…and was not delivered by 23 December, The customer has the right to lodge a complaint in accordance with the applicable regulations. Each application is considered individually.

1. How can I check whether the seller sent the parcel on Monday, 22 December?
Your parcel should receive one of the following statuses on Monday, 22 December:
- „ Collected by courier " – the parcel has been collected by the courier and is on its way to the InPost branch, from where it will continue its journey.
- „ Sent by Parcel Locker " – the parcel has been sent by the sender and will reach you shortly.
If the status of your parcel in the application is "Shipment created" or "In preparation," please contact the shop. It is possible that the shop has prepared your shipment but has not handed it over to the courier or sent it personally. In this case, the parcel may not reach you before the holidays.
2. If the sender places parcels in a Paczkomat parcel locker on Monday, 22 December, are they covered by the pre-Christmas delivery guarantee?

3. What if the shop informs me that the parcel was placed in the Parcel Locker on 22 December by 1 p.m., but the parcel is not registered (I do not receive such information from InPost)?
If you send a parcel via Paczkomat, you should receive Parcel status "Sent by Parcel Locker". If this status does not appear by 1:00 p.m. on 22 December (or 4:00 p.m. in some zones*) at the latest, it means that the shop has not successfully sent the parcel within the specified time limit. In this case, please contact the shop directly.

Will the Weekend Parcel service be operating on Saturday, 20 December?
The Weekend Parcel service will be available on Saturday, 20 December. The following week, on Saturday, 27 December, the Weekend Parcel service will also be available.
