How do I check the status of a parcel?
To speak to the Mat (Parcel) bot, write us a private message on the InPost Mobile app, on Messenger, on WhatsApp, on Signal or on our website under Contact Us. Mat will say hello and ask what he can help you with. If you want to find your parcel, select the 'Parcel Status' button from the suggested options in the main menu.
When you select this option, enter either the 24-digit parcel code or your phone number (provided when you ordered your parcel) and the last 4 digits of your parcel number. If the data is correct, the bot will display the current status of your parcel. The parcel search system works for parcels no more than 30 days old.
Need to find a Parcel Machine or Parcel Point? Nothing easier!
When searching for Parcel Machines or Parcel Points, you can enter the machine name (e.g. KRA28M) or address (e.g. Krakow, Wielicka). When you choose to search by town and/or street, the bot will display the nearest InPost points. You will see a map with pins in specific locations, with the name, exact address, opening hours, photo and necessary details. All in one place!
What if the chatbot doesn't know the answer?
Mat is still learning, so he may find some questions difficult. If he is unable to help you, he will offer to redirect your question to our chat consultants, helpline staff or refer you to the contact form. Rest assured, you will not be left without an answer!
