Changes to posting parcels at InPost branches and PaczkoPunkt collection points

Dear Customer,

In the interests of our customers’ safety and the smooth running of our logistics processes, we would like to inform you that From 15 April 2025, we are streamlining the process of posting parcels directly at InPost branches. To meet our customers’ needs, we offer the option of posting parcels directly at the branch, provided that regular consignments consist of at least 50 parcels.

Designed with customers sending smaller parcels in mind We are launching special Parcel Points (PUDO) with extended drop-off times, available to all customers, located in towns and cities where InPost has operational branches.

IMPORTANT: If you wish to post a parcel at a PaczkoPunkt, please ensure that you have prepared the shipping label correctly. When selecting how to post your parcel via the InPost Paczkomat® 24/7 and Kurier Manager Paczek services, choose the option “post at a Paczkomat® parcel locker” or “post at a PaczkoPunkt”. If you select the option “the parcel will be collected by an InPost courier”, it will not be possible to post the parcel at a PaczkoPunkt.. The above information does not apply to parcels sent via the InPost Standard Courier service.

To sum up, if you want to post parcels directly at an InPost branch:

• For customers who wish to make use of later posting times, with a daily volume of fewer than 50 parcels – drop them off at your chosen PaczkoPunkt, from the locations listed above (link).
• For customers with daily dispatch volumes of at least 50 parcels – It is possible to post parcels directly at an InPost branch, provided this option has been confirmed in advance by contacting your Account Manager or the Customer Service Department.

• You can also – as before – use the parcel drop-off service at Paczkomat® parcel lockers and PaczkoPunkt collection points, in accordance with the standard cut-off times assigned to the relevant postcode, which you can find here: Collection times | InPost.
