Changes in parcel delivery at InPost branches and Parcel Points

out of concern for customer safety and the smoothness of logistics processes, we inform you that From 15 April 2025, we are streamlining the process of sending parcels directly at InPost branches. In order to meet the needs of our customers, we maintain the option of sending shipments directly at the branch for cyclical shipments of at least 50 consignments.

For customers with smaller consignments we are launching special Parcel Points (PUDO) with extended shipping times, available to all customers, located in cities where InPost Operational Branches are located.

IMPORTANCE: If you want to send a parcel at PaczkoPunkt, make sure you prepare the shipping label correctly. When declaring how you would like to send your parcel as part of the InPost Paczkomat® 24/7 and Parcel Manager courier services, please select the option "I will send in a Paczkomat® machine" or "I will send in a PaczkoPunkt". If you choose the option "the parcel will be picked up by an InPost courier", it will not be possible to send the parcel at a Parcel Post Office. . The above information does not apply to shipments within the InPost Courier Standard service.

In summary, if you want to send parcels directly at an InPost location:

• For customers wishing to take advantage of later posting hours, with a daily volume of less than 50 parcels - deliver them to the selected Parcel Post from the locations available in the list above ( link ).
• For customers with daily consignments of at least 50 items - it is possible to send parcels directly at an InPost branch, after prior confirmation of this option by contacting your Account Manager or the Customer Service Department.

• You can also - as before - use the Paczkomat® and PaczkoPunkt machines to make deliveries. , according to the standard cut-off times assigned to the postcode in question, which you can find here: Pick-up times | InPost .
