Changes to InPost's service regulations from 4 November 2024.

Dear Customer ,

We inform about the changes we are implementing in the regulations and price lists of InPost services as of 4 November 2024. Importantly, we are not making changes to the prices of standard products InPost Courier and InPost Paczkomat® 24/7.

The main changes we are making to our documentation:

• possibility to send a consignment without labels y in the application InPost Fast Shipping ,

• we provide two delivery attempts by InPost Courier , including during the peak parcel period (November-December),

• we are clarifying the rules for the storage of InPost Paczkomat® 24/7 parcels including parcels delivered at Parcel Points and parcels delivered at the weekend,

• we are modifying the provision in the Price Lists of the Services concerning only Customers with subscription contracts . The introduced change determines the way prices are calculated for services that are not directly regulated in the subscription contract - after the end of the subscription period specified in the contract, we will use the basic prices from the Price List for these services.

We would also like to remind you that - as previously announced - from 1 November 2024, new rates will apply for products Allegro Paczkomat 24/7 InPost, Allegro miniCourier24 InPost and Additional service - Cash on delivery (COD) - in the Allegro miniKurier24 InPost and Allegro Kurier24 InPost options. We reported on this in detail in our announcement of 30 September 2024.

• Cennik Allegro Paczkomat 24/7 InPost,

• Rules for the preparation and packaging of InPost parcels.
