Dear Customer,
we inform you that as of 20 March 2025, we are amending the Regulations of InPost courier services .
The main changes we are making to the documents:
- we are adjusting the provisions in connection with inclusion of Weekend Delivery to the regular InPost offer ,
- We extend the provisions to allow sending parcels as part of the Fast Returns service at Parcel Points ,
- adapt the provisions of the Rules of Procedure to take account of additional available channels for lodging complaints ,
- we introduce provisions for the possibility for InPost to collect compensation for late payment of debts .
The changes introduced concern the following documents:
- InPost Paczkomat® 24/7 Regulations,
- Regulamin InPost Courier,
- Regulamin Allegro Paczkomat® 24/7 InPost,
- Regulamin Allegro Courier InPost,
- Terms and conditions for collecting parcels by InPost courier under Allegro Smart.
