Changes to InPost's service regulations from 20 March 2025.

Dear Customer,

we inform you that as of 20 March 2025, we are amending the Regulations of InPost courier services .

The main changes we are making to the documents:

• we are adjusting the provisions in connection with inclusion of Weekend Delivery to the regular InPost offer ,
• We extend the provisions to allow sending parcels as part of the Fast Returns service at Parcel Points ,
• adapt the provisions of the Rules of Procedure to take account of additional available channels for lodging complaints ,
• we introduce provisions for the possibility for InPost to collect compensation for late payment of debts .

The changes introduced concern the following documents:

• InPost Paczkomat® 24/7 Regulations,
• Regulamin InPost Courier,
• Regulamin Allegro Paczkomat® 24/7 InPost,
• Regulamin Allegro Courier InPost,
• Terms and conditions for collecting parcels by InPost courier under Allegro Smart.
