We would like to inform you about the changes we are implementing in InPost documents. They concern the following areas:
- Service regulations InPost Parcel Machines 24/7
- Terms and conditions of the InPost Mobile application
- Price list for InPost service Courier
The above modifications shall enter into force 15 July 2021.

We have summarised for you the most important changes in the above documents:
- We are introducing the possibility of extending the time a parcel stays in a Parcel Machine through a new feature in the Mobile Application.
- The functionality allows you to extend the stay of a parcel in a Parcel Machine by 24 hours for a fee of PLN 6.50 net (PLN 7.99 gross), regardless of the size of the parcel. Payment is made exclusively through the application. Payment for this service is made by the recipient of the parcel.
- In connection with the launch of the option of extending the stay time of a parcel in a Parcel Machine in the mobile application, we are disabling the current service of extending the stay time of a parcel in a Parcel Machine using SMS Premium (PLN 11.07 gross).
- We are making a number of housekeeping changes, including:
- Clarification of provisions concerning the possibility of paying for COD shipments via the mobile app
- Clarification of the provisions concerning the call charge for the hotline at the rate of the telecommunications operator
- Clarification of the provisions concerning the Pallet Service in the InPost Courier price list - removal of the additional service "Saturday Delivery".
